Hi there! I am a web design student at Seattle Central College. I've lived in Seattle all my life, particularly over here in beautiful West Seattle. I am 30 years old, turning 31 next month.

For the past 5 years I've been working at the Pike Place Market, selling paintings for my uncle at a craft stall. I usually set up on The Bridge, the article in the middle where it goes out over Western avenue. It's a fun job, and I enjoy working without supervision, being able to make decisions for myself on a day to day basis. Last year, I decided to go back to school to look for something more permanent, as my uncle is getting old and looking to retire.

I already have a 2-year degree from South Seattle College, but it was only a transfer degree to help me get into Central Washington University. I attended for a few years, but ended up dropping out due to mental health issues. I am excited to be back in school, studying something I'm much more passionate about! In particular, I want to get into UI/UX work, it's always been something that interested me, and I'm only getting more intrigued as I learn more about it.

I have been a passionate video game player for my whole life. In particular, I enjoy heady RPGs and strategy RPGs, as well as some bullet hell shooters and roguelikes. In recent years, I've really gotten into the Souls series of games, as well as derivatives like Nioh and Code Vein. I also enjoy reading literature from the 19th century. My favorite book is Moby-Dick; or, the Whale, and I've been writing a blog where I go through it chapter by chapter for the past year. It's slowed down a bit, what with being back in school, but I still update it occasionally.
